Move Together Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Move Together you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  1. You are over 16 years of age, registered with an Oxfordshire GP, do less than 30 minutes of activity a day and are ready and willing to change your behaviour.
  2. One of the following applies to you:
    • You are living with or at risk of a long-term health condition
    • You are living with a disability
    • You are currently pregnant or have given birth in the last year
  3. You do not have any of the "Excluded Conditions" listed below

Excluded Conditions

  • Unplanned or unexpected admission to hospital because of a health condition in the last 4 weeks. If this is the case, seek advice from a healthcare professional before joining Move Together.
  • Acute coronary syndrome (a heart attack within the last 6 weeks or unstable angina).
  • Symptomatic severe aortic stenosis.
  • Acute pulmonary embolus or pulmonary infarction.
  • Acute myocarditis or pericarditis.
  • Suspected or known dissecting aneurysm.
  • Resting Systolic Blood Pressure ≥ 180mmHg / Diastolic Blood Pressure ≥ 100mmHg
  • New or uncontrolled arrhythmias (including heart block) or resting tachycardia ≥ 100 bpm
