Eligibility

Please confirm the participant meets the eligibility criteria to take part in Move Together:

They are over 16 years of age, registered with an Oxfordshire GP, do less than 150 minutes of activity per week and are ready and willing to change their behaviour.

At least one of the following applies:

They are living with a disability

They are living with or at risk of a long-term health condition

They are currently pregnant or have given birth in the last year

They do not have any of the "Excluded conditions” listed here.
