Eligibility

Please confirm you meet the eligibility criteria to take part in Move Together:

You are over 16 years of age, registered with an Oxfordshire GP, do less than 150 minutes of activity a week (equivalent to less than 30 minutes, five times a week) and are ready and willing to change your behaviour.

I am currently pregnant or have given birth in the last year

You do not have any of the "Excluded conditions” listed here.
