Eligibility

Please confirm you meet the eligibility criteria to take part in Move Together:

You are over 16 years of age, registered with an Oxfordshire GP, do less than 30 minutes of moderate activity a week (activity which makes you a bit warm, sweaty or breathless) and are ready and willing to change your behaviour.

At least one of the following applies to you:

I am living with a disability

I am living with or at risk of a long-term health condition

I am currently pregnant or have given birth in the last year

You do not have any of the "Excluded conditions” listed here.
